The production process begins with the feeding machine, which ensures a constant flow of products to be packaged. The premade bag packaging machine then automatically picks and fills premade bags with the product. The metal detector machine checks for foreign materials to ensure the safety and quality of the packaged product. Next, the weight sorting scale ensures each package meets the required weight specifications. If any deviations are detected, the weighing and rejecting machine removes those packages.
The filled and checked bags move to the automatic carton opener, where cartons are opened for packing. The automatic carton filling machine fills the cartons with the properly weighed and packaged bags. After filling, the carton sealer and strapping machine securely seal and strap the cartons for transportation. The packages are then moved through the positioning and grabbing line, which organizes the cartons for the palletizing machine. The palletizing machine stacks the cartons onto pallets, and the pallet conveyor transports the loaded pallets to the next phase in the logistics process.
